7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging and seals. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, sprayed, or have had their original seal or packaging altered cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
